135 grams of protein at 200-odd lbs? Boo. I do 1g/lb and I'm no bodybuilder. Just a guy getting muscular. Way too many carbs too. Steroids and aesthetics, I say.

There is so much pseudoscience in this. You dont have to cut out gluten, fruit, nor carbs to lose weight or gain muscle diets like this are so unnecessary and misleading to people who dont know better. Id reccomend following balanced diets reccomended by world health organization, and the American dietetic association.

@Scarred Bert The burden of proof is on you, you're making the claim that because a trainer is working with a celebrity this makes his information credible. Im asking you to substantiate your claim. Any claim that is made can be asked to be substantiated. Speaking of fallacious logic you're appealing to a cult of personality clearly this trainer is someone you like or admire that doesn't make his advice infalliable. No reputable dietary nor health organization would tell you to cut out an entire food group or macro nutrient if you dont have a medical condition that requires it.

Ego Amatium burden of proof isn’t on me. However, magnus is literally the go to guy for Hollywood and athletes when it comes to nutrition. This idea that you, some idiot on the internet, knows more than one of the guys who is trailblazing the industry is laughable. If you knew what you were talking about as well as he does you’d be professional health and wellness expert who celebrities and athletes call

@Scarred Bert Okay show me one *reputable and accredited* dietary/health association that says you need to cut out a whole food group or macronutirent to lose weight or be healthy. I'll wait. Making a buisness to help celebrities makes you a succesful buisness person not an accredited health professional. You dont have to go to college or adhere to credible health data to do so. There are "experts" working with Gwyneth Paltrow who think you can cure cancer with gemstones and crystals for crying out loud.

@Scarred Bert Being paid to "transform" a celebrity doesnt make you an expert. It's like the "experts" who work with Beyonce and reccomend a starvation diet to lose weight. No health professional would reccomend this. These people regularly advocate practices that go against advice by the world health organization and the American dietetic association. No credible health professional would tell you you cant lose weight or gain muscle because you eat carbs. Carbs would be anything from whole grains, fruit, broccoli and so on all of which is part of a healthy diet.

I'm a physiotherapist and sports trainer. Show me the journal article(s) that demonstrates that the optimal way for weight loss is "one good low carb meal a day". Whatever that actually means. There are so many different ways to burn fat Current proven sciences for "cutting", as you refer to it, can be via ketosis/carb cycling/intermittent fasting/carb back loading diets, or your traditional calories in vs calories out.

@Cade Nguyen That's not true. One good low carb meal a day is best for cutting. You don't get hungry all day and have a satisfying meal to look forward to. The science is behind this method too.

As soon as you see AS pumping iron immediately before shooting a scene to look all ripped in front of the camera, you should get how ridiculous it was to emulate this diet and training if you're not a highly paid actor. Doing this might make you look great for a few weeks, but it also makes you feel so miserable that nobody is going to be attracted to you anyway.
