Cut out the middle man that is the earths atmosphere and use solar! Wind energy seems dumb long term.

"180 mph" why not say what fucking rpm it runs? I think they do this, but why not use a cvt to change gearing from turbine to generator head? Why the fuck did engineers think their shit was so good it would last so long? How fucking dumb. Seems like some people with PhDs thinking they know it all. Nobody knows it all.

Green energy fan blades made of nasty stuff 2:20 are supposed to help the environment. The irony.

Wouldn't smaller wind turbine (several on a single large pole) be more efficient & durable than a big one?

Good video showing the absurdity of these giant expensive and landscape killing machines , we don't need these expensive giant windmills
we still have plenty of coal and oil that burns clean when combined with technology also we have massive amounts of clean burning
natural gas . The video lives up to it's title , yes this was a GLARING mistake by the liberal twinkies on the left , the biggest threat to the
planet is wrongly edgucated weak minded enviromentalists who buy into all the globall warming hysteria.

Wind energy is a massive hoax. It is grossly inefficient, and is turning our mountaintops and farm fields into industrial zones. Nuclear power is the answer.

So, let me understand this...some of the world's smartest people really thought they could build giant fans, put them near SALT water and they'd be maintenance free? What?! You can look at any place on earth and see what wind does to structures over prolonged exposure. And how TF did they not consider weather? Aren't these all things engineers should be trained to account for? I'm not a scientist and all of that seemed glaringly obvious.

Remember the steam engine ? Took about 50 years and plenty of mistakes to get them working efficient. Obviously we will discover flaws. Fiber glass has very little resistance to damage. Coat the leading edge in a hard yet flexible material. Such as titanium or stainless steel. Minor problem with a simple solution.

The smart use of air and solar power would be in remote, off grid areas. Using this expensive form of energy when we have so much cheep oil ,gas and coal is crazy.

I'm sure Ethiopia, the Congo and South Africa will have equal representation of white people. Otherwise, one might start to believe that white genocide is in full effect. Just saying that is hate speech though.

So if theres a windless day , and also high consumption, a reliable backup is needed. Either nuclear, coal ,or natural gas plants to keep up with demand. We have all been sold an environmental lie. Ignorance of the public concerning the basic characteristics of generation of electric power is the best weapon of the greens. Propaganda wins every time, and the media is just as ignorant of these facts. And people wonder why electricity is so dammed expensive. Its the greens, stupid.
