                                                        OK for the newbies in fitness, I'm feed up with this mascarade, so I tell you the truth about Santa-claus : this transformation is NOT possible NATURALLY in 3 month. maybe not even in 18 but probably more (and even never because he looks like he had poor genetics and he is no longer 20 years old either). It generally gets 4 years with constant and smart training / recovery to get around 90% of your full natural genetic potential.

                                                                Akalion Jesus Christ dude get your mind right, drugs help but progressive overload is alway king. Ask any juiced up bodybuilder who has had to put on a bunch of mass, they will 100 have gotten a bunch stronger. Look up Jordan Peters or John Meadows and read some of his stuff. The mind muscle connection is real, and works, but the best way to grow a muscle is to pick an exercise that you feel it working on and add a bunch of weight to your 8-12 rep max. The most effective exercises are the ones that allow you to load up your prime movers and progress. NOT SINGLE JOINT MOVEMENTS!!!
