                                                      I have been doing this challange for 4-days. Yes my muscles are sore, but every day gets better. I am 67 years old and not afraid of doing this challange. It makes me feel really great and strong. Please challange youself and try this workout! Joanna makes me really try and will motivate you as well. Concentrate not on how many days or total squats, but on getting strong and knowing you CAN do it. Thanks Joanna, you are the best!!

                                                                                Great workout :) A little too fast paced to get effective squats in, I find when I slow down a tad more I feel it more in the gluts, maybe it's just me. Either way two thumbs up.
