    Thank you for your rant on not ruining progress with 1 bad day/1 bad meal. Today was a "bad" day (I don't even like to use that word), and sometimes it's good to just realise, no, it's not the end of the world. I have a life still for doing the right things, indulging once isn't going to undo everything I do on a daily basis, especially if it allows me to keep my regiment as strict as it is for longer.

                                      Funnily enough, I mentioned in a vlog I made today about how inconsistency is the enemy of planning, hadn't watched this video yet, MENTIONED HOW YOU WOULD BE BETTER AT EXPLAINING WHAT I MEANT, and then you talk about how, "That one meal doesn't matter. *Two days later* Oh THAT one meal doesn't matter."

                                      Bottom line, quite a bit of things in my life are ironic in the sense that, I'm either going through something and either songs or someone mentions it or SOMETHING and it's like, "Wow, that's hitting WAY too close to home" or I mention something and it's like, "Oh dude, it was done already."

                                      ASIDE FROM THAT, love the videos dude. You continue to inspire me. I'm always tunin' in every now and then to check up on what's goin' on. I also noticed your censorship! Nice touch! In honestly, I think it made things funny. xD

                                      Hey Bernard, I got a quick question about cheat day. How often should I have cheat day? I've on a yoyo diet for the past 1 month, my weight went down and back up again and I think that might be because of cheat day. Thank you.

                                        1 cheat day probably won't break you, but it depends on how much you push every other meal throughout the week. personally, i wouldnt have gone with a cheat day until about 10-11 weeks in. my coach and i agreed to one way too early IMO.

                                                you have to eat sometime soon after your workout. "catabolic window" is just a term. after my first year in the gym, i stopped eating after workout for 2 years and overall decreased caloric intake. didn't understand why i was getting weaker and thought i plateaued. increased general intake and made a point to eat a larger meal after training and it helped.

                                                What you may want to consider if you want to get into shape is regularly doing the USMC Physical Fitness Test (PFT). It is a general test that is composed of sit-ups, pull-ups, and a 3-mile run that gives you a score out of 300 upon comopletion. If you do it once a week, you can gauge your strength as well as your weight if you are worried about losing muscle. You can find more information on the marines.com website.                                                       Looking great man keep it up! A big question I would pose is what's the plan for after the cut? Try and stay relatively lean for a little while? I'm in the middle of a cut myself (probably too lax on my weekend cheat meals though...) and one big concern I have is that I'm going to be worried about inevitably gaining weight when the time comes that I end my cut. That kind of sticks in the back of my head as a "why even bother". How do you handle this yourself?

                                                        next steps will be in week 16 video. i take it all as everything is temporary. as fat as i was, i lost it in a short time. i did it 10 years ago, i did it now, and came out ahead. i took this as a learning opportunity. how my body handles after a diet will be another learning opportunity

                                                      damn ur cutting weight so much faster than me. I'm losing maybe 1.5-2 lb a week max. most of the time barely a lb.

                                                      it's really motivating these vlogs of yours. I've been cutting and tracking meals since November of last year, and I'm in it for the long haul. I'm just trying to keep as much muscle as possible, that's why my weight loss is so slow.

                                                        i follow so many youtubers (fitness you tubers) but you are someone i totally enjoy watching, me n my wife enjoy your videos the most. Your sense of humor plus real life goals and the way you transform yourself while living a life that most people live.... having a proper job , and then losing fat at the same time is super hard but you motivate us way more than those Youtubers with unreal bodies (juiced up) and unreal goals. Thank you for uploading your transformation and thank you for being REAL. You look great ! and please always stay natural. You inspiring the maturer audience

                                                          thanks! i never really did binge eating. i have a set group of core foods ive been eating for the last 10 years. i keep up with those, and the system falls into place itself. i will rebound a bit of water out of the diet, but nothing im too concerned with
