                                    1st day: pain in the lower limbs, difficult to walk
                                    4th day : Muscles- relaxed and toned , no pain no soreness initial day it was difficult to do but now is more easy , my lower limb is more flexible than before .it's a very good exercise

                                        I have been doing this for a week now.
                                        Week 1: pain on my lower body part and ofcourse i am seeing some difference and tightening in my thighs area.

                                        Week 2: result is quiet visible.increased 1 inch in hip and 1 inch in thighs.and ofcourse i have added more workouts.

                                        Week 3: starting using resistance band juat to make workout more challinging and exciting to see quick results.

                                          it is normal but make sure to stretch your muscles before the workout. When you exercise, your muscles get bigger and if you don't stretch to give them room to expand, they rip and it hurts. (they don't like RIP IN HALF tho like the muscle tissue rips.) so make sure to do some stretching before!
