If the universe is rapidly accelerating and expanding, wouldn't the Earth just accelerate with other planets and galaxies rather than them accelerating away from us?

Contemplate on these verses of the Holy Qur’an:

              1. “And the heaven We created with might, and indeed We are (its) expander.” (Quran 51:47)

              2. “Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, then We separated them, and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?” (Quran 21:30)

So nobody asked themselves that why are they celebrating Christmas if a man put it on the calendar solely to convert pagans to his religion and not because it’s from God? God has nothing to do with Christmas it was made up to try to convert pagans to Roman Catholicism and then they adopted the pagan traditions into their religion.

I like Neil because flat earthers hate him. I think Neil should have mentioned that this won't happen for billions and billions of years. By that time, humanity would have become immortal, living in their own constructed universe tucked away into a singularity of a black hole. Although, I'm sure we'd be long gone by then - our only legacy will be in the form of a super-intelligent AI that gradually expands across the universe consuming entire galaxies until entropy happens.

History started with a bang when God spoke it in to existence. There is absolutely no way you can't believe there is a all knowing all powerful God. we as humans are so much more advance then any other living creature on the planet. We deny the existence of God because of our fear that He Wil judge us for living as animals and not as beings created in His image and likeness. No way there is a chance that we evolved from a bang the chances of there being a devine God who is the creator and architect of all things is much more likely than a explosion that perfectly put everything in order it is honestly a statement of a fool. I believe even the greatest minds cannot deny that there is a God. Maybe we are looking in the wrong place the physical has limited answers. If a bang created the universe it must have came from something, something cannot come from nothing even if there was nothing in the physical realm if there was even a physical realm, remember we are talking about existence from nothing Which means there wasn't a physical world with space and time whatever set it in motion came from somewhere and I believe that somewhere is another dimension. That means the realm we live in might not have existed but it doesn't mean there aren't other realms that have always existed This one might be the youngest realm and the One where God exists in has always been. If the big bang created our universe it must of been a big God that set the bang in to motion from His throne room in another dimension.

What they’re saying about the Catholic Church and science is very true. We have always had an interest in science and we have made major contributions to its advancement. These include the Big Bang, studies in genetics, the scientific method, and even the heliocentric model. We also have an academy dedicated to science. It’s called the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and it has included many Nobel Prize winners and other famous scientists. Stephen Hawking was among the members until his passing.

Kepler's Supernova exploded in the Milky Way on October 9, 1604 and is the world's most recent star explosion in Earth's galaxy to have been observed by the naked eye.
The boom of light was so bright that the supernova was visible for three weeks, despite being 20,000 light years away from Earth.
