      I just started taking whey and creatine as a daily supplement while reducing and almost eliminating meat and chicken. I'll still eat some sardines here and there. I hope along with aerobic exercise and the powder protein to reduce my weight over the next 3 months. I'm drinking green tea too😊

        @Jess Rogue Yes. I lost 8 pounds so far. That included cheating😔

        I also reduced the protein powder to once per day and started add plain powdered Gelatin and the creatine and eat 3-4 eggs daily mixed with a lot of vegetables and avocados. That's pretty much all I eat. I notice my skin is smoother and my nails grow like crazy. I'm constantly clipping them. I have about 10 more pounds to go. I rather lose slowly and don't feel like I'm starving.

            creatine converts more T into DHT. it is a drug. you're on drugs, dude. any "protein" supplement is a drug and all "enhancing performance" drugs are harmful. you confuse natural food such as milk, with all kind of weird powders. are you that dumb? later you will wonder why your kidneys failed or why you got cancer. i'm disappointed. this generation is doomed, it seems.

              A meta analysis on green tea showed that it had a tiny effect on increasing weight loss. Probably the equivalent of about 30 calories per day. So in my opinion, it's a waste of money.

                            Protein in human milk is only about 1%, see -https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4882692/, and from that 1% casein is between 30%-to %50, while cows milk contains about 3% protein and from that casein is about 80% , big diffrence, and keep in mind that we dont usually drink breast milk more then a few months, while we consume cows milk daily for years.

                              And not to mention that if humans consume cows milk while breastfeeding, they will have a higher consentration of casien in the breast milk.

                                In order to lose weight it comes down to mainly one thing. You can lose weight by just eating healthy. You don't have to add exercise but if you want to lose more weight then you should exercise plus I think exercising while eating healthy is just a big benefit to your body.

                                  Ive been taking CLA, L-Carnitine, some Omega-3, and some Caffeine pills for my weight loss. Seems to be doing the job for me. I wanted to try Creatine a while back, but I was unsure if it was good for pure weight loss. I'm looking to lose muscle mass, as well as fat. Im tired of being a stalky guy.

                                      ChubbyEmu, you should do research on casein vs whey. from what i have read, it really doesnt matter which you take and your body will absorb whey efficiently. this could save you some money since casein is typically more expensive, though i also see that you believe that it helps your performance so i can see how that may matter more to you. also, you may want to consider slightly reducing protein and increasing carbs. your body doesnt tend to benefit from more than .86 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight (i think even on a cut). perhaps trading some protein for carbs will give you more energy in the gym with no negative effect on fat loss since carbs and protein have the same number of calories. i get my information from examinedotcom since they compile a lot of research together in one place and dont seem to be trying to sell you a bunch of stuff. i think you will find the website very useful!

                                              Sigh I definitely need a trainer. I'm 5/10 190 trying to get your 170 by October. Going into the military. The work outs I been doing I actually been doing wrong. Was thinking about joining 24 hour fitness since it's not even 2 miles away but they want 299 for a personal trainer per month and 79.99 for a basic membership.

                                                                                to me its weird taking Creatine on Keto diet when you have 50grams of carbs every day...which instantly gets burned during cardio.

                                                                                The whole point of creatine is to shuttle energy from carbs into the muscle so when you work out you have better recovery and you can push out more reps.
