Hey, Chubby. I really respect your opinion and was wondering if you could make a video about Religion and what you believe in. TQ

I run half marathons and do shorter runs on off days and hiit
I lift 4 days a week all heavy but I still have some belly fat
I consume about 2000 cal per day and burn about 2800 cal is there something wrong?

Interestingly enough, his face seems to stay the same size fat or not. Which is the only problem I have. My body is a little thick but my face looks like as if I’m obese. The only way for my face to be slim is if I were to weigh around 128 like I did back in high school

Wow, you've came a long way from where you were judging by the content you made two years ago. It's admirable how you've faced many boulders in your path during your journey and seeing you adapt and use various ways of bypassing said boulder. Keep it up man, accept the resistance and fight it as it is the means to pushing us in the direction to tame fear during times of uncertainty and unknown.

Very interesting video. Wouldn't changing your goals all the time give you more reason to stick with it? You basically say the opposite. It does seem like good advice to make your goals involve time, like instead of saying ''my goal is to lose 20 kg',' saying ''my goal is to go to the gym 5 times a week for x amount of weeks.'' It's just that for fatties like myself, we have that number in our heads. I know I need to lose another 32kg before I am not considered obese. So it is hard for us to not think about that. But as with all your videos, I enjoyed this one very much. You are so intelligent and cute, I want to marry you!

With that in mind I'm going to see how I can positively change my body in the next 10 weeks and then maybe I'll set a new goal for the next 10 after that :)
