            I want to get fit cuz I want to be healthy not cuz I care about how people see me. And weights ain’t enough. You have to stretch if you active. You can damage your body. Joe had a navy seal on here that couldn’t move because he lifted and never stretched. You can do tons of damage.

                  What did Hueman use in antiquity for a good workout. Body weight exercises and yoga will build acGod body if you stick with it. I have seen women who put us men to shame during yoga sessions.

                                      I hate CrossFit and WODs, but if you want to fucking hate your life in a bodyweight workout, try the "Murph" without the body armor. Break up the exercises however you want. Just complete the whole thing.

                                                                  I can do 30 push ups super slow on the way down super slow on the way up (15 seconds approx per push up ) not bragging been challenging myself is all . that ll give u some solid arms especially triceps .

                                                                        Don't overthink exercise guys .... stop trying to find the perfect workout routine and just get started! ... i know a guy who just does double kettlebell front squats and push ups and hes in really good shape, lean muscle very athletic ... his diet is very simple though, just meat, vegetables, berries, avacado and water .. i think the only carb he really has is potatoes and sweet potatoes, he doesn't eat pasta or rice or bread and he told me sugar is just a NO

                                                                            Body weight squats feel too easy for me. i can do like 60 before i start feeling any tiredness. is there a way to make it more difficult. i can still not do pistol squats though ( single leg squat)

                                                                                  Better 4 bodyweight Exercises
                                                                                  1. Pushups & their variations (one armed, handstand etc.)
                                                                                  2. Chin-ups/pullups
                                                                                  3. Sprints & jumps (maybe throw in some Pistol squats but once those get too easy focus on just sprinting)
                                                                                  4. Progress to advance core exercises like Bruce Lee’s “dragonfly” exercise or human flags. Start with crunches obviously.

                                                                                          Push ups and pull ups do wonders. I remember football during middle school and only doing body workouts because we didn’t have access to the weights until high school. Not saying others didn’t have personal weights. Dieting, push ups, pull ups and even body squats are great.
