                What pisses me off the most is her uneducated understanding on what makes beef so highly prized. The cow itself makes a huge difference but in almost all of those cuts one is fresh and one is dry aged. The deeper colour is a 4 week to 16 week process which concentrates the flavour which can take a beef from $40 a kilo to $200 a kilo. And then she blabers on about wagyu which is a high fat content beef. No human would ever discredit a top end wagyu beef but she doesnt understand the process of wagyu to dry aged wagyu. Its the same meat but its been dried aged raw before being cooked. She doesnt even understand let alone mention the entire process she just sticks it into her mouth tries it and says some things . She says good or bad your scored on taste no in put required at all. If your going to be a judge of the highest quality you can not just be a mouth. You must understand the full process and be able to taste the difference. You must understand why it tastes better. Any one can do your job. Your a waste of top end meat produced by the greatest people with absolutele respect for there animals and craft. Your not a mouth. You have a brain attached to that mouth. How about you use it.

                  Hows that huh. The ultimate meat eater is a woman. How does that make sense. I dont wana be sexist but the person that decided a woman should judge the best steaks on earth. Im like fk you for making me say this. Women are feminine. They are not lions of the human world. Your a human be thankful for that. because she doesnt have to break her back for a steak that makes smoked salmon look like mi goreng noodles at 60 cents per packet. She can afford to eat dry aged beef cooked by experts when the dry aged rib eye beef itself is worth $70 a kilogram and still aford a professional to cook it for her and then still have the balls to judge beef of that quality like wtf. Iv lived my whole life as a tradesman eating the best meat i can find. I am cooking dry aged rib eye right now as i send the text for the first time of my life and im 31. Just 2 steaks 3 inches thick each cost me $150. I was blown away but i wont die without tasting the best meat life has to offer but this lady can afford to judge the quality of steak to that degree where she taps keys on a keyboard and write words with a pen on a computer or paper with so much skill she is richer then any man on earth and better qualified to judge the best meat on earth with her mouth that no man is better qualified. She is more neanderthal than all men on earth who are naturally drawn to steak on a primal level and are still inferior to a woman in the ability to taste animal flesh. How do you people justify that decision. Take away the male instinct for meat make women make money with less effort make our entire world obsolete and still assume women are under paid with a pay gap when they can put out good for nothing babies that will clog the highway you drive on and get 3 months off paid maternity leave and the men pay for that. The worst part is women that dont have children and have to put there money into tax to pay for these people that cant control there bodily functions and instead plan for the future and the people that plan will never get the time and resources to raise children to compete with the rabbits that would actually do the world a favour because they were educated. And they are over run with stupid parents taking advantage of the system to pump out kids to over populate the children raised by educated smart parents with a full education because the forsight simply doesnt exist for them. The humans raised get progressively more stupid. And then you get a 1 in 10 000 chance this woman is born with great education talent and rich parents she is qualified to judge the best steak on earth and the broke women of the world disowned all men that cant match her. Women that are born into poverty see her and think why am i not that rich. Her ancestors were slaves and im eating mi goreng noodles. Now every women wants to eat steak that white men cant afford to eat once a month. Your destroying society and inflating the market becuase your eating above every ones price range and showing every one how there life is sub par. They put that weight onto the men and you say well not my problem im steak critic for a job. Not my fault im a woman. Never once thinking bout what that means for men because you dont care. If youncant afford steak at 70 dollars a kilo your not husband material. Too broke to get married. And then go to asia to get a woman thats not brain washed and wonder why you were dumped for a mail order bride. Unbelievable. I don't like gordon ramsey but id rather watch a real established chef judge steak over this hag any time.

                        i wish all countries called their cuts the same, we have ,scotch fillet, rib eye, tbone, sirloin, rump, tender loin, topside. blade, and gravy beef the last 3 are only suitable for stewing , rump is a bit hit and miss, all grass fed, but no where is it as expensive as yours, no wonder american farmers dont want our meat in your markets, tender loin is just topside put through a tenderising machine normally angus or hereford cows are used

                                                    Not wanting to diminish the expert in question, and, for the video's explanatory purposes, she was the right choice, but I would have got 3 out of 3 here as well

                                                    The fattier/darker red cut is going to be more expensive, Kobe beef is going to be more expensive than domestice beef and, clearly, dry aged beef is going to be more expensive than a fresh cut. Everybody know this, I hope.

                                                    Personally, I'm not into the dry aged thing. I tend to prefer lean cuts anyway (I'm a big fan of veal), and prefer the sweeter, fresh taste of non-aged beef. Even though I like strong, blue cheeses and strong, i.e. smelly, cheeses in general; you have to try Hervé once in you life.

                                                    I also don't subscribe to knawing meat off the bone, like some kind of caveman. Bone-in preparations are fine if the bone pulls out clean prior to serving, like in civilised society.
